The good news is that most non-recourse loans out there that don't involve an ira do allow the seller or a private party to carry a 2nd note on the property.

I just recently found a "private" person that will perform the same actions for us at 1.5% flat.

I think they will nationalize them, get them up and running again and then sell the stocks back at a profit allowing freddie and fannie to return back to the private sector with the government making money on the investment...
