Welcome Jason. I'm in the valley also, but I've been on a buying trip to Dallas and now in Florida for 3 days. I may be able to help you on some of your needs for money. I'm going to be doing hard money loans and purchasing at the Hidalgo county foreclosures. Are you buying from banks ? Attending the Cameron county auctions? I'll return to the valley on wed-thurs.
