You can also use a keycode smart lock like Yale, Schlage or google smart locks that way you don't have to worry about a lockbox, and then you can keep the lockbox with a physical key as a backup incase anything happens to your smart lock.

I started using Reonomy about a month ago and have been impressed with the about information you can find on properties including contact information for owners (physical address, phone#, email address etc...) 

Financials are typically received very early on in the due diligence process - for us we review those before we conduct our physical inspections.
