I was browsing the internet and came upon this article for you interested in good places to invest. 

I've read articles here, listen to the podcast, watch videos and have been educating myself on wholesaling and buy & hold over the past six months but I haven't done anything with what I've learned.

There are numerous home in the area that are section 8 rental properties.  

I inquired about their software a while back and they e-mail me and call me all the time, even though I have told them numerous times that I am not interested.

There are numerous threads here on BP about finding owners and Google will bring up a ton of sites  to track down people.
