I should be closing on it next month and still excited and nervous as well.

I'm very nervous to rent but it seems to be the best way as long as we luck out with good tenants.

We had the option of asking him to move but he pays on time and has a very neat apartment so although we were nervous about his paying less then the others we let it stand without the raise.
