Hello, my name is Ervin I am new to BP. I am located in Houston, Tx and currently moving to Aurora, Colorado. I am Active Duty Army and I just built up the courage to buy my first income property which is a single family home. Now I am headed to Colorado, I will most likely hire a property manager or debating on whether to manage and place a tenant in it myself. I should be closing on it next month and still excited and nervous as well. Please let me know if you have any advice or suggestions. Thanks
