I am a newbie wholesaler.I am trying to locate properties with code violations like "grass taller than 8'" in Pflugerville, Round Rock, Georgetown, Cedar Park and Leander in central Texas on the city website.

I hold a MBA from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.

The home was previously managed by a professional property manager and the rental agreement looks rock solid to me and do not see the need to change anything.

I live in the Austin area (Round Rock) and am 43 years old and recently purchased a new home and will be leasing our home out ASAP (as soon as some work on it is done).

If you break too many of the tiles on the bottom row then I'd go ahead and rip out the sheet rock as suggested in a previous post, if your going that far, just tear all the sheet rock out and put in new green board.

They were sending hourly updates with photos of the water level moving closer and closer to their thresholds and I was just asking out loud for whoever is looking over me to summon the powers of the universe to change the direction of the flood waters and help me out just a little bit. 

I have rock solid financials but am a real estate investor with numerous properties so rarely meet the underwriter's guidelines despite the loan originator's rosy promises.

Their message was loud and clear that houses were neglected which added to the acceleration to pass the new ordinance.

Anyone have luck cash flowing in Round Rock, Pflugerville, Leander, Cedar Park, Georgetown?
