How to locate properties with code violations?

I am a newbie wholesaler. I am trying to locate properties with code violations like "grass taller than 8'" in Pflugerville, Round Rock, Georgetown, Cedar Park and Leander in central Texas on the city website. However, I did not find properties with code violations online. Is there a way to find properties with code violations online in central Texas? Appreciate your help.
