I am not talking about the legalities of it all, simply the "market, lead gen, qualify individuals, and put into contract" part of it more or less.To the real estate agents who also wholesale...would you say that the training you received from being an agent helped out your wholesaling business?

The reason I mention this is because you are in essence training your tenant by how you respond when they do not follow the terms of the rental agreement which they have signed.We too require tenants to pay for certain utilities and to have those utilities in their names.
