Probate..."How do I"
I am fully aware that there are guys/gals online that offer the step by step instructions on how to with probates. The problem however is they want one to sign up for a mentor/membership program. I'm hoping to simply ask here on BP and go from there.
I have someone that wants to sell me his grandfather's house. The house is titled in decedent's name. I informed the grandson that he would need to file a petition to the courts for probate and that it can take several months before the courts would issue a letter of testamentary or administration. This is the only way he can convey title (I think). The problem now is that the grandson tells me he has no money to file a petition. What to do, what to do. Any ideas?

So you wish to receive the benefits (and the profits) from an opportunity and can't figure out how to work this on your own but you're unwilling to pay for instruction, guidance or training?
Do I have this right?
