So I thought I cant go wrong  then by picking the most difficult study I can find, ... so I picked Aerospace Engineering... without a goal a plan nothing.Well I ended up working for NASA as a Robotics scientist making Ironman a reality.Look  bubbles... having a plan is great.

I went to the college of business but loved studying at Grainger (BIF was WAY too loud).

@Jon Femiano - You need to invest a little bit of money and lot of time and purchase J Scott's book on flipping and study it.

I just started my Junior year in college and want to focus the application of my studies towards Real Estate.

Given that students are supposed to be studying (!)

The estimate included language that any unforeseen items discovered that led to overages would require written notification, a new signed agreement to that work, and payment up front. 

I'm still a newbie and am reading and studying this stuff as much as I can...but I AM going to purchase my first property this year! 

Gotta study the market and what is in with that a buyer wants.

@Michael Douglas Christensen I've been told that moving vehicle rental companies like UHaul and Allied Van Lines have migration charts/studies on their websites.

It is okay to wholesale in Oklahoma, but you have to find the closers that will assign contracts, many do not.https://www.ok.gov/OREC/Contract_Forms_and_Related...take a look at some of the forms that are used in Oklahoma, mainly "Residential Sale" get to know that and the language used, after that you can trim it down/make it your own.
