REOs effect lending institutions ability to lend money as well.Banks do little to help their bad PR, but some like Bernake actually helped create the problem.

That area has worsened with the changes affecting investors. first- Max of 4 institutionally financed props.2nd- down being increased from 10% to 20%.3rd-Some lenders not really wanting to loan.No problems with any of the other areas.

It is exactly the same mentality of someone who refuses to get a job because they can live off entitlements, live off the tax payer, well the failure to serve in some capacity is the same thing as living off the blood of others who ensure our freedoms while the moochers refuse to participate in the cost of any such benefits.I doubt anyone on this site can tell me about forced service in the miliatry.

Not sure exactly what type of advice you're looking for, but it sounds like you're on the right track so far...Most REOs get listed on the MLS with a real estate listing agent, but many properties owned by small institutions (such as credit unions) may never be made public.
