Seeking Property Managers for Interview

I am seeking a qualified professional property manager to interview for a college course I am taking on property management.

All correspondence will be by email or through this website. I have a fairly short list of questions that I would like to ask, and will probably add to that depending on the PM's specialty, or responses to initial questions.

Anyone who is willing and able to participate, simply post a reply to this message and we can go from there.

Thanks In Advance,
Jerod

1. Meeting different types of people.
2. Evictions for nonpayment of rents.
3. Already Licensed. Any realtor that passes the state real estate exam can become a property manager without any training requirements. Need to have required training before being allowed to be in PM business.
4. Hardest type to manage - Office Buildings.
5. Collection companies do not collect money or they collect it and you never see a penny of it!
6. Marketing best = sign on property and word-of-mouth advertising.
7. Owner gets involved in these - you just do not want to be the cause of the issue!
8. All the laws, regulations and requirements need to be followed along with guidance from the Owner.
9. Honesty/Integrity.
10. Never hire a professional management company.
