I went to do an inspection once and was greeted by a panicked tenant and carpet installers, the tenant apologized and begged forgiveness because carpet installers, whom he hired and paid 100%, were late and he had it all planned to be perfect for the inspection, so he could keep his perfect score.

After we evicted that tenant he called my wife two times and apologized for getting in her face.I have a tenant who has been in one of our buildings since I purchase the property in 2003 and he is some sort of undercover for the Air Force.
