I'm just getting going, but things that keep me taking smaller steps are 1) BP podcast 2) friends who are in real estate and 3) goals, and 4) the impending sense of our life savings shrinking into nothing because of inflation. 2022 is my year to take action!

You spent way too much time here fending off all of the free advice, from other REI with a lot more experience, from professional contractors and others, as if you were under attack instead of taking it for what it was...a group of individuals offering free advice to prevent you from going down the rabbit hole.I want to apologize once again if my efforts to help you offended you in any way.Troll? 

And please let me apologize for those that felt it was necessary to make fun of a new member.

I contacted the contractor who immediately apologized, and offered to repair the bed that day.

I went to do an inspection once and was greeted by a panicked tenant and carpet installers, the tenant apologized and begged forgiveness because carpet installers, whom he hired and paid 100%, were late and he had it all planned to be perfect for the inspection, so he could keep his perfect score.

After we evicted that tenant he called my wife two times and apologized for getting in her face.I have a tenant who has been in one of our buildings since I purchase the property in 2003 and he is some sort of undercover for the Air Force.
