Landscaper/ Property Management Haverhill, MA

Hello,

I recently bought a condo in a 6 unit building.  I am tasked with finding a landscaper for the building. We need someone to cut the lawn (not much lawn), plow and clear out some brush.  We would also like a haandy man to fix some pieces of wood on the deck and other small repairs. We do not need someone to collect rent or fill vacancies, rather property management in terms of upkeep. If anyone has recommendations on a company/person or where to look that would be great!
