Miller What you're describing is called a BRRR (Buy -> Rehab -> Rent -> Refinance) if you do a search for that term you will find tons of guidance on how to pull it off.I don't have any advice on how to do BRRR's because like @Jim Pellerin I do sandwich lease options.

Then you have to identify your target audience on the front end.

Try looking in the Events section at the top of page, go to network, and do a search for your area.

I did a search and have read dozens of posts talking about driving for dollars, sending personalized thank you notes, etc.
