Usually if you want to maximize income, you allow for instant book which opens you up to both a lot of short term stays potentially far into the future (bad if you only have one unit because they block long stays) and people who have made a NEW account because they’ve been banned off the platform before. 8-10 guests is probably 20-30 inquiries.

I am not having any luck finding a house on the MLS or other platforms since the houses are literally under contract within hours.
