Handwritten letter tips
Hello!
I live in one of the hottest if not the hottest market in South Florida. I am not having any luck finding a house on the MLS or other platforms since the houses are literally under contract within hours. I made a list of houses that I would like to send letters to but would love some tips on how to write them so I don't sound like everyone else. Thanks in advance!
