A potential added complication is that my spouse's trust is also on the deed - I honestly wasn't sure how the lawyer did the quitclaim deed (I know, I know I should have been more informed :|), and I had to expand the field to see her trust there.

@Mary MitchellWhen PCS'ing you buy a couple new canteen covers and ammo pouches, cause it's easier than trying to get them past the supply NCO with a spec of dirt on them (Plus you have a field set for the new duty station).

The party negotiating for the bank is an attorney and is currently in the midst of some rather novel litigation against the property owner.I already plan to have an attorney that specializes in this field, licensed in my state look over the proposal before i formally offer it.Can anyone recommend a resource for reading up on best practices and/or precedent for such situations?
