New to Real Estate Investing

Hello, I am Samuel Patterson and I am from northern Vermont. I want to start investing in properties and have spent most of my time researching foreclosures. Currently, I am enrolled at a local college pursuing an associate's degree in Accounting and am looking to find a job in the field after graduating in the Fall of 2021. I found bp by listening to their podcast and watching their youtube videos. I have heard many great success stories on their podcast and know one day I`ll have my own.
