I need a private lender

Hello out there,

My husband and I and business partners are investing in a short term rental in Florida. We are in the process of completion and we are ready to close and move forward, but it has been so frustrating. We were preapproved for the money from the lender. However the lender sold the loan to another institution and they want us to jump through hoops once again, just to borrow the remainder of the money, even after the large down payment. We haven’t set up closing yet and they keep asking for more information. We have secure jobs in The medical field and fire dept. We have shown them investment accounts and cash on hand for a 20% down. It is very frustrating when the underwriter wants more and more. I have heard of other ways to get investment properties financed. I was wondering how to find someone to help us get the money in a faster way without all this red tape. I understand they do need to make sure we will repay the money, but the amount of information we had to send them is overkill. We all have worked in our jobs for many years and have high credit scores. I don’t understand why this is so difficult.
