Eventually something can try and bite you if not careful!

Eventually, I am interested in obtaining my RE license in CO.I became involved in real estate through the purchase of the condo, which I completed a full renovation on before moving to Denver to complete school.

I graduated in construction's trades program in 2000. used to work for a construction company for many years. so I knew that I would eventually be buying houses to flip, or sell.

Eventually your will come across private money. 

They are also not as directly affected by property tax changes, although eventually it does end up in their rent bill.

Almost starting from scratch, but I look forward to getting started, building a Team and eventually funnel portfolios of residential and commercial properties.

I have gone thru four lenders and although at first they said they can do it they eventually come back with only 65% LTV.One of the reasons is because I am a foreign national.

I am fairly new to real estate but I have done a lot of my homework and I am only 21 (just turned) but instead just jumping into the real estate world I feel like I need to get a mentor or at least talk to someone who has already been through the steps and stages I will eventually have to go through myself to just get so insight from someone and leadership would be greatly appreciated.

My plan is to leave the day-job eventually so I don't care who finds out. 

I know I will eventually just need to get a contractor to come in and give me an estimate, but any advice I can get in the meantime, while doing an initial walk through would be greatly appreciated!
