Part Time RE Agent

Looking to make some supplemental income. Thinking about getting my residential RE license. How are leads generated for residential RE? Do the managing brokers provide any leads? I work an 8-5 job during the week and feel it would be difficult to generate my own leads.

@Casey Klepsch I work a full time day job and also act as a Realtor almost full time. I closed almost 30 houses in 2015 while working full time. Managing the day-job and RE was interesting to say the least. Don't expect the broker to provide any leads and as the other gentlemen said they would be long shots anyways. My normal job is where about 1/3 of my leads come from currently. I am always chatting around the office letting everyone know I am a Realtor. My plan is to leave the day-job eventually so I don't care who finds out.

Good luck, and if you get busy don't be shocked if you are working 7 days a week as I pretty much do currently.
