Hi!, I'm glad to be a new Bigger Pockets Member. 

Just listened to the blog tonight on "How to Analyze a Fix-N-Flip Deal (and not get burned)", which was inspiring.

Almost starting from scratch, but I look forward to getting started, building a Team and eventually funnel portfolios of residential and commercial properties.
