Each night there was another reason why she wasn't out yet. 2 days before the Sheriff was finally about to remove her she finally dropped the keys off in my mail box.The next day when my husband and I went upstairs I was wasn't surprised to find an attic full of her belongings...including a lot of family photos.

They have 30 days to gather their belongings and move out.

The city process to make this approval is going to be long.

I was glad that we had finished it up, because his children are still bickering over his belongings. 

@Ed @Ed B. when I worked for several hedge funds back in the crazy days following the collapse, I often found people in homes that obviously didn't belong.

I saw establishing a DBA as a way to cut this by saying I simply work for "insert DBA name" and that the property belongs to a legal entity.  

I rarely splurged on any frivolous purchases, I never ate out or drink when my friends would invite me out, and made sure to have a strict budget where I eventually saved 50% of my income.

My friends think I am crazy to grocery shop at Walmart to save $20-30 a trip or to not drink much at all to save money on alcohol, but I can see the results so I keep moving forward.

It is a great chance for all members, from people just learning to experienced investors, to get together, have a drink, learn, and hear what people are doing here in the Charlotte area.
