I was in deep and it was a tough call to make.

I am an artist deep down inside, but love business and real estate.Looking forward to meeting and getting to know a bunch of you out there.

Is it a deep lot that you need to provide access to the second lot?

I probably wouldn't be obsessing and just dive in if I wasn't in a market where a starter home is 500k+  

Hi Azita,First off, I'm VERY sorry to hear about this and can imagine where your stress level is at right now and while this is no cure all answer, please take a deep breath and remember you will get through this fine and that EVERYONE hits bumps in the road, including major bumps at times and you'll be fine in the end, but I understand it probably won't be the most fun few weeks coming up.

Instead of finding distressed properties with deep discounts I'm basically targeting any property I find and trying to negotiate an owner financing deal with the seller that I can turn around and sell to an investor after I get end buyers lined up, the only problem I'm having is getting investors in these properties to buy them.

Could get lots of them in deep water.
