Our hope while traveling the country for the next year or so is to connect with other investors  and develop a real estate business/portfolio that supports the simple, yet adventurous, lifestyle that we want to live while also helping others to do the same.

Then develop a financing plan, nobody is going to give you money for free.

If you drive the 4900 block of Cedar St you’ll see a beautiful 3 story victorian twin homes that have gone up in price over the past year and a half.West of 52nd in the Cobbs Creek area rehabbed homes have began to sell very quickly on the market as well as people have started flipping and putting homes on the market.There is a large amount of development projects planned in University City over the next ten years.

I am not thinking of building large homes, unless I could co-fund or partner in a project with the help of very experienced builder/seller/developers, but rather small 2/1 that could be built for around 75k.

When a party related to the transaction has more than one role in the transaction or is employed by or has an ownership interest in a company that is involved in the transaction (including but not limited to third parties such as marketing companies, builder / developer, broker, or realtor), there is a non-arm's length or at-interest risk.

We are under contract (whew!) for just under 8 acres in Kyle, TX.  We  plan to turn it into RV and Boat storage.We are looking for bids for:House demolition and removal - Current home is 3 bedroom/2 bath with a garage...

"Core" stabilized assets are for investors with low risk profiles who want capital preservation and stable predictable cash flow with low risk (versus higher risk alternatives in stocks and bonds...or value add and real estate development).REITS, insurance companies, pension funds, family offices, very high net worth individuals/families who have already made their wealth, etc. 

I'm hoping to develop long-term relationships with  other investors and realtors in my area.
