@Alina TrigubSo if I’m getting you correctly, an example would be to target people who live at an apartment complex that offers a pool and a gym but that they don’t use it, and tell them they could own instead of paying for this stuff they do not use??

@Marilin Matos you’re welcome to ask for any of the above stuff or all of it if you want.The seller will likely tell you to “pound sand”, in a polite manner.

Dogs on the "dangerous breeds" list are $50 a month and require the tenant to carry additional insurance with the Landlord and Property Management company listed as additional interest.Good stuff!

Overall, REI Nation's PM (which is also owned by the Clothier family) tends to get a lot of positive fdbk, mind you it's not perfect all the time, but for the most part I've read positive stuff.
