We converted an old doctors office into a mixed use building with one commercial office space and 3 residential rental units.

We're looking to pull some of the pine trees from the mix of trees on the lot that appear to be choking out the light and that dropping needles that are choking out the natural grass to try and promote some surface grass to develop and tighten up the topsoil layers as a first step, and then begin backfilling these crevices as needed.

We contract commercial buildings, houses, land, lots, mixed use buildings, businesses with property and real estate that has cash flow or equity. 

Arcadia and Redondo are both really high, San Pedro is technically part of LA so it is subject to their rent control, Long Beach is a mixed bag and to my knowledge doesn't have as much of a development plan as San Pedro.

I agree that there are mixed feelings about STRs, especially in this very busy tourist summer.

Re: selling single-family residential homes for seller financing, as well as my current deal in-process - selling my mixed-use commercial property in rural southeast TN, in a tourist area, to a well-vetted prospective buyer.

It is about 30 units with 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms mixed with moderate size, concrete if possible.I searched some newer units for sale.

You can either seek a portfolio loan that allows mixed commercial property types or an equity loan (2nd mortgage) on your stabilized multifamily to get the cash-out. 

It seems investors have mixed feelings about buying rentals in the Metrohealth area. 

I tend to target SAFE blue collar markets, but data on Forest Park seems mixed.
