MetroHealth in Cleveland is investing about $1B in next few years. I would love to hear about your read if you already bought or thinking about buying rental that area.

 Most people who work at MetroHealth do not live near there. The same goes for the Cleveland Clinic (#1 employer in Ohio) The average Clevelander commutes 30 minutes to work one-way. That means they could live in Cleveland Heights or Euclid and drive to these places for work. If a hospital renovates, it does not mean the houses nearby will get any nicer.
