New condo construction costs Houston
I need to come up with estimated costs on psft basis for the new construction condos in Houston, preferably close to Bunker Hill Road area.
It is about 30 units with 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms mixed with moderate size, concrete if possible.
I searched some newer units for sale. The price/sqft vary dramatically depending on the location but it seems that $500/sqft might be reasonable sale price for new builds. If I deduct 20% builder’profit margin, would $400 a ballpark number for new construction costs?
Any guidance or resources would be appreciated.
