The question really comes down to how much time are you willing to dedicate to learn, practice and fail at the business before you succeed? 

I've taken big steps to fix this, but long story short, due to divorce I had to file chapter 7 for a clean slate.My question is, keeping in mind my recent chapter 7, what would be a good route to take for starting a business dedicated to fix and flip and BRRR?

It's just that I NEED a payday now and I have all the time in the world to dedicate to this.

Hopefully, I will find a niche in real estate in the near future, where I can dedicate myself full-time and create a mini-Trump size empire. 

Maybe a dedicated vehicle or other equipment if the need arises.
