Out of curiosity has anyone been to the Seattle forclosure auctions downtown? I was wondering where I could find the auction list before the auction and if there is a opening bid listed? Thank you!

Veristone would be a good one to work with.  They know their stuff and are responsive. A professional and smart group for sure.

On any potential deal however you should always make sure to run your own numbers, especially sold comps, before you jump in a deal.  Also get the opinion on exit value from one or two agents that work the specific sub-market you are buying in.

Good luck!
