I think what new people, and me being new, need to do is build their team.

The exception is if you have a solid team on the ground, then perhaps.

I am a female investor. i believe that we can make a difference, if we join hands and team up to share in ideas that work for us as female Real Estate investors.

Our realtor team is acting as the mediator between us and he believes it's condensation from the ductwork, which is in-between floors.

There are several potential markets to invest in and out of state investing requires research to learn about the area (if unfamiliar with it) as well as to build a solid team.

TJ and team earned my trust so I'm definitely moving forward with them.

@Brock Mogensen  We have anyone we are working with sign one, but we also share with them that at any time they feel we (our team or myself) are not doing a bang up job for them, they can terminate the contract by simply "firing" us.
