I am mostly buy and hold but have done a couple of flips in PA, I have made 50K and i have also made $100 on flips there, you just need to be careful of the area and what you put into it. when you buy and sell you have a transfer tax, it's 2% usually the seller pays 1% and the buyer pays 1%.
