LLC to Personal Refi
Hey BP,
I am looking to purchase 2 family with HML funding. Is there a way to transfer to my name and do a refi or do I have to go the commercial refi route?

Yes, we have recently purchased in our own names with a HML, performed renovations, moved into it and then refinanced with a conventional lender. A little more informationL Our HML didn't want us to owner occupy, as it still was a non-owner occupied product, but had no problem lending to us in our own names, with no entity involved.
