It's color coded and fast to use. 

I have my own opinions on the subject but I don't want to color the discussion so I'll wait to chime in after we (hopefully) get a critical mass of postings.

We always include them in our designs for color and texture in each room.

You are going to have to write the checks, and (hopefully) receive the checks from the renter without issues.Your risk tolerance, and your analysis of the current local market, the current applicant, and your own current situation will color the decision you have to make.The answer is, it will be different for every owner, and every property--which is why I say asking online for a go/no-go on a punch list of items is (maybe Russian roulette).I hope this all works out well for you.Good Luck!  

From there I color coded them by neighborhood and eliminated the properties that I knew I didnt want.

Level 1 colors are 39.99 sq ft installed.

Some have half of the roof in one color shingle, the other half in another color.

They require ducting like a traditional system but the benefit is, as the name implies, it's one piece of equipment.

If you have an exact match on brand, color, and sheen, it will match well.
