Please understand I am supportive of wholesaleing, but once you become licensed you have to play by a different set of rules.

Less deals since realtors already got their greedy hands in and their client thinks their property worth more than it is.Most realtors dont have a clue if they did they wouldn't  be realtors.

I am a CPA who specializes in real estate clients.
