My attorney said I can spend the money to get it to code then try to sue the sellers to get my money back.I am not attracted to the suing option so I am trying to contact the sellers but they live out of the country.

I have a unique system in place to attract motivated seller in order to do some fix and flip projects.

I'm putting "raised rates" in quotes because the Fed only sets one rate, the overnight lender-of-last-resort rate for SHORT term inter-bank debt.

First how is the job market area and will lets say a professional will be just be there for short contract time.IE a professor with out tenor at the university may rent because work my take him or her elsewhere and they do not want to wait for a home to sell.

Said he was going to short sell it, and ruin his 800 credit.
