I feel as though that people are sick of the cost of housing in this area and would like another option just without the stigma associated with mobile homes and/or tiny homes.

Start with downloading the landlord tenant laws for your state, research and find out if their is a landlord association in your area. 

I have also worked as a real estate agent in the past and have more recently worked as a project manager for a flipper in the area, so I have general knowledge of different aspects in real estate and feel comfortable with most of the processes associated with it. 

Check and see if there is a landlord association for your state they may have lease forms you could buy that are state approved.
