Hello Jake, the day to day would involve the following: -Platform management -Initial set up of your listing (everything that comes with it & guest book instructions) -determining all parameters if you haven't already done so (availability, price, cleaners, handling of guest concerns, stocking of supplies, accounting if you don't have a VA/systems, etc).There's much to it but if done right feels very much part of the routine and hands off if you coordinate these tasks with your regular ones depending on how many listings you have off course.

The area they are moving into is actively anti-mask. 

Identify which items/tasks are critical path vs. can wait. 

I would find this hard to believe but unless you were required to get a permit to pour concrete this should be a fairly straight forward task to complete.

From this, I know that going forward I will be looking to leverage out far more tasks.

Some of the tasks involve handoffs between departments within the city.

One option I've seen mentioned is 'task rabbit' as a source of handyman types for projects. 

Third party property management will eliminate a lot of the weekly tasks. 

If you are not aware, Seattle is very pro-tenant and is (IMO) one of the most anti-landlord cities in the nation. 

They realize the only tasks that truly matter are finding deals, finding money, and asset managing effectively – they hire pros to do everything else."
