If it wasn't for that issue, I would absolutely agree that owning rentals in Vegas right now is a good thing.

@Clayton Casey Yes, absolutely, that is their job to guide you through that process and tells you what you must review and sign.

Though my management company was absolute trash and constantly tried to scam me by overcharging for basic duties that other companies provide for free or at a reasonable rate.

They may be good at one thing but absolutely suck at something else.

I suppose I could roll the dice a bit tho.The other concern I have with the heat pumps is my building doesn’t have the greatest layout for it I think.I do love the idea of them though and my girlfriends family uses them in their three unit and absolutely love it.

I think that is absolutely personal preference as an investor.  

Their communication is absolutely horrible.
