After graduating from the University of Texas School of Law in 1990, I practiced as a trial attorney for five years before moving to Fredericksburg in 1996. In 2001 I opened my first vacation rental and began adding properties as they came available. In 2007 I opened Absolute Charm B&B Reservation Service to manage my own bookings but quickly expanded to handle reservations for others as well. Today Absolute Charm is the major player in short term rental reservations in Fredericksburg, Texas marketing over 200 beautiful properties. That experience of buying, selling, designing and remodeling vacation rentals has given me a very unique and broad insight into the STR sales industry. Though I have had my real estate license since 2009, I only decided to launch Absolute Charm Real Estate, LLC in 2015 after marrying my husband Wes and realizing how many realtors were calling, asking us for help to explain the in's and out's of the vacation rental industry to their clients!
