@Cody L. so your experience is Galleria/Energy Corridor/Med Center are not viable areas for AirBNB?

Some of the comments have centered around not doing it but have been somewhat condescending in their approach.

We have very similar criteria here in the beach areas during the summer, and around retail centers during holidays.

If you doubt this ask yourself why all testing centers do everything but strip search you before they let you into the exam room.

The property i purchased is 3 miles from the "highly" proclaimed St johns town center located in Jacksonville, Florida (Go Jags!)

We are developers and currently developing some prime property with 27 town homes, our property boarders a major park, university and large government agency that's growing and 2.5 min from major shopping centers. 

My currently house goal is centered around the partial  renovation of a 1926 house. 

They also charge $65/every 6 months as a maintenance up charge (profit center for them).
