I knew my internet got flaky as I lost access to my door controller and ring camera.  

But he did not have cable or Internet in his name so his tenant would get that and cover the full cost

Not including utilities such as gas, electricity and internet which I’m assuming is another $300.

Tone does not convey well in the internet.

It is nestled in the mountains in a very low population town and has business internet and Dish Satellite.

Just a thought before I go scouring the internet!

Bigger Pockets has been  a great resource of knowledge so far but the information on the internet is so overwhelmingly broad that I am finding it quite challenging to set up an action plan.One of the places I have looked at is Roofstock to buy out of state properties in the affordable range within 100k.
