Looking for a house to rent in Tampa, FL on a MTM basis

Hello everyone!

My name is Chris and I am currently in the process of moving from Rochester, New York to Tampa, Florida around the middle of November, 2020. I figured I would try here first to see if anyone was going to have a vacancy for a 1/1 or 2/1 unit at that time. Looking to rent on a month to month basis as I will be currently looking for properties myself to owner occupied BRRRR invest once I get a handle on the area. I'm passionate about investing and will be wrapping up my second deal before making the move. I can be of value to you in areas of renovations as I have done multiple top to bottom renovations myself in NY. Would like nothing more than to build a solid (mutually beneficial) relationship with you and your team in finding a temporary residence. I understand MTM might not be ideal for some investors, however saving time, effort, and money for the DIYer would prove worthwhile! Just a thought before I go scouring the internet! Look forward to talking with everyone.
