. § § 705/0.01 to 742/30 is all of the Illinois statue/law on landlord tenant that I am aware of, and none of that law addresses this.If your lawyer said you couldn't recover those fees in your one special case, perhaps it was because your lease wasn't written specifying how money paid would be allocated, or perhaps your lawyer knew that the judge you were going to be in front of would just throw out any claims for money owed for anything other than rent, but based on that one case you experienced, I wouldn't deduct that in Illinois it's not possible to recover those fees.

There are no successful builders that I'm aware of that are active at the Tulsa sheriff sale.I would look to find a local business partner vs. using a broker as you will probably only find these deals at the sheriff sale or via off market transactions and I would want an equity partner that I can trust overseeing the rehab locally.

@Tyson HoseyIf you have admin skills larger brokers have front desk people, free access to the MLS and if you are aware of what is going on with the market (new, pending, closed)Look into title companies also, they have closer and there are many other roles.
