@Lor Fara Great questions.Regarding Underwriting: That's is a fancy way of saying "running your numbers" (according to your pre-determined returns, criteria, or goal requirements). 

I mean you cant release properties and leave the dogs. thats what banks worry about.In your case you will have to see if they will negotiate a new release number for you.. this usually requires an apprasial etc. 

I wouldn't exactly call them wrong numbers, but it does require a little more detective work to track down your target if the only number you can get to pick up is a work number or a family member.  

While an LLC isn't required, you should consider having it for liability protection.
