In a couple of weeks FEMA will have temporary centers set up for in person applications/information.In the mean time…assuming you have typical Sheetrock walls, you need to get the Sheetrock cut out well above the water line, typically 4’ Higgs but maybe higher, and pull the insulation out behind it, all the way up…the insulation will wick the water up, remove it all.
