How to access FEMA funds Hurricane Ian

Hey guys,

Who has rental properties at the Hurricane Ian disaster?

Insurance says will not cover rising waters. I did file claims for 2 properties but doesn't look promising from what I heard. FEMA seems not to recognize me...I'm kinda lost...
